Danny O’Grady is a multilingual entrepreneur and business manager with 20 years of business experience in fund investing. He graduated from Harvard University in 1995 with a degree in International Economics. Danny began his career at Procter & Gamble in Puerto Rico and Canada, and then PepsiCo Mexico, where he was the Director of Consumer Marketing. In 2002, he moved to Ireland and then back to Canada where he started several businesses, including an adventure travel company, a beverage company, a baby product company, and a media production company. Danny moved back to California in 2011 where he lives with his partner and his Scottish Terrier.
Sarah Baker joins HoneyHive Ventures after spending 15 years identifying, investing in, and helping to build innovative and impactful early-stage companies. She helped lead fundraising efforts for HoneyHive’s first consumer product focused funds, closing on $150MM. Sarah was featured on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for Venture Capital and named one of Levo League’s 100 millennials redefining the world. Sarah was previously at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group, where she focused on technology and consumer product companies. Sarah received her B.A. in Economics from University of Washington. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, two children and two Lhasa Apso dogs.
Tom Sanders has 12 years of experience in global commercialization and business development at venture-backed and Fortune 500 companies. Before joining HoneyHive Ventures, he was senior adviser for a medical device company that developed and commercialized a minimally invasive surgical system in the US, Europe, and Middle East. Tom previously served as global marketing manager for Boston Scientific’s neurovascular stroke business, and held sales and marketing leadership roles at Newell Rubbermaid. He graduated summa cum laude from Duke University, and earned his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business. Tom resides in San Francisco with his wife and their three children.
